I am an IT professional with experience across web development, information systems, database management, data analysis, digital marketing, IT training, cybersecurity, and digital accessibility.
My professional work combines technical expertise with organizational needs, with a particular interest in using technology to improve efficiency, accessibility, digital inclusion, and data-driven decision-making.
Alongside my technical responsibilities, I have delivered corporate and digital literacy training to more than 200 managerial-level professionals, covering areas ranging from Microsoft Office and data analysis to cybersecurity and digital technologies.
I am also interested in the development and implementation of IT policies, guidelines, digital governance, and technology standards in the context of Nepal.
A growing area of my professional focus is digital accessibility and inclusive technology. I work on reviewing and auditing digital applications and websites against accessibility principles, including WCAG 2.2, with the goal of making digital platforms more usable and inclusive for diverse users.
